FFLYNET Acceptable Use Policy
By using the FFLYNET, the subscriber agrees to the following terms
and conditions:
1. FFLYNET exercises no control whatsoever over the content of the
information passing through it. FFLYNET makes no warranties of any kind,
whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing. FFLYNET also
disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
FFLYNET will not be responsible for damages you suffer. This includes loss of
data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, misdeliveries, or service interruptions
caused by its own negligence or your errors or omissions.
2. Use of any information obtained via FFLYNET is at your own risk.
FFLYNET specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of
information obtained through its services.
3. FFLYNET accounts cannot be transferred or used by anyone other than the
subscriber. Violation of this paragraph, is subject to immediate cancellation.
5. FFLYNET reserves the right to cancel services for any reason without prior
notice.
6. All services must be paid in advance. Payment due dates are indicated on
your invoice.
